Excellent Location and Beautiful Room

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bedroom was beautiful and well decorated. The room also had pristine linen and complimentary water. I found tea, coffee, and even beer were provided.
The food was overpriced for the quality and service. The waitress did not seem to know what we had ordered. The table was not properly set and cutlery was dumped randomly.

The hotel offers a library and a reading area with local books, novels and Titanic art. Parking was available without difficulty on the street close to the hotel. It was visible from the room window.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Bridget. She informed us that hot food was unavailable due to kitchen refurbishment, but a buffet was provided. The staff had laid out an really good buffet, ensuring nothing was too much trouble.

The location is fabulous. The hotel was situated well for a walk to the cruise terminal. It was also a short walk into town and to see the historical areas.

i totally appreciated the complimentary bar in the great room. it had modern facilities. the staff was professional and cute throughout the whole hotel, i mean, check-in, breakfast, even check-out! nothing was too much trouble for them.
i went for dinner on friday night, and the food was well presented, but, honestly, it was overpriced for its quality and the service.

the location suited me perfectly, i really liked that. nearby amenities include various shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. public transport links are easily accessible from the hotel.

The superior king room featured a large bed with great linens and ambient lighting. the bathroom was spacious, and i found bathrobes provided. That was a very nice touch. tea and coffee facilities were available in the room.

The staff was helpful during my entire stay! they quickly responded to requests and provided useful information about the area. the check-in and check-out processes were both very efficient. I really appreciated that.

breakfast included a wide choice of pastries, juices, cereals and yogurts, so many options! there was also a great selection for a cooked breakfast, and all dietary needs were met without any problems, amazing.

I was a bit disappointed with the noise level. It was quite loud at times, particularly in the evening. I also found the breakfast service to be somewhat disorganized. The food selection was good, but getting a table and ordering took longer than expected. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and there were delays in refilling items.

A Mixed Experience
loud musicslow service
I was somewhat disappointed . The street noise on Friday night was unbearable. Loud club music went on past 2 a.m., and it really disrupted my sleep. the food service was slow when ordering from the menu. I recommend consider the buffet instead.
